Exactly. I agree with you definitely. I’m not attracted to the quick skin fixes either. People seem to forget the skin is part of your body, a living organ, and responds well to a healthy lifestyle and healthy habits. It’s not just a plastic coating to our bodies, it’s alive and can change, for the better, as you mentioned.

I don’t think they take skincare as seriously as you do, not with their level of research, and their likes and dislikes of a product is mainly based on their first impressions. First impressions can be important, but with most skincare products, you are not meant to judge until you have given them a chance to work.
It’s true that the products may be overpriced, but we want the best out there, and for us it is worth it.

You go Micheal!! I’m so sick of all the anti-expensive skincare trend! What you said about luxury skincare is exactly why I do it too! These people who bash luxury skincare maybe tried out only a few products that didn’t happen to work, and now they are only trying to make themselves feel better for not using the very best products there is.

And I totally agree, start young! Wear your sunscreen and spend a little bit of money. It doesn’t all have to ALL be expensive if you research what you’re doing. I’m 25 and can’t pass for 18 because I did all the right things and I show no signs of aging. My mom sunbathed and now she’s on botox, not a path I want to follow.

its a know fact …
its a know fact that if people spent more time on their skin routine especially exfoliating and sunscreen most people wouldnt look so aged and have all the skincare issues they have now and end up needing all those heavy duty skin peels later on in life to get rid of thick sun damaged skin!
I use retin a and this guy on utube said he didnt see a difference in his fine lines…retin a is PROVEN to work dont knock it people smh

i have acne prone skin so i make sure to change my pillow case four times a week and flip the pillow to the other side once a day. so it works out perfectly by the time its sunday, when i do regular laundry im ready to wash!
