I am naturally fair but am a bit tanned on my face and lower arms. Sometimes my slightly tanned parts get so yellow so easily, then the next minute, it goes back to its original colour. This does not happen to my other skin parts where there is no tan.

I suppose computer rays might be one of the causes.
I am Asian, I don’t eat junk food and I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. So what is wrong?

If you are eating alot of salty foods such as junk foods and you are not fond of drinking water, then it may be a sign that there is problem in your health. Have yourself a check up with a doctor to clear your mind and prevent it from getting worse. Anyway, there is no harm on going to doctor. Good luck!
