What’s the most effective modern method to make facial skin look younger for a 60+ year old woman?
Actually the most effective or shall I say, the only way to look younger is plastic surgery i.e. a face lift. No cream, or massage, or other "wonder potions" do the trick. Unfortunately age causes our skin to sag (everywhere) and the only way is to cut the excess and stretch the skin.
